The new course kicked off at Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre on February 9th night. For the first time we opened the registration to tertiary students, most of the participants are from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and they were excited to gain hands-on experience at Elements the Rink on February 26th.
