The HKAIH GN Girls participated in a hockey training camp on 27 July to 7 Aug 2019 at Furudals Hockeyskola (Furudals Hockey School), Sweden.
The 12-day comprehensive training with the locals was a brand new experience to our players. The camp did not only focus on- ice and dryland training, but also included water activities, shooting and theories sessions. In addition, the camp also emphasized the importance of team morale and teammates relationship.
Apart from the improvement of ice hockey skills, our players also made many new friends from Sweden and learnt more about the Sweden culture.
