Principal Hong Kong 2014/15 Hong Kong School Ice Hockey League Championship Game
Po Leung Kuk No. 1 W.H. Cheung College wins the Gold Medal

(Hong Kong, May 27, 2015)Organized by the Hong Kong Amateur Hockey Club and with Principal Hong Kong as the Title Sponsor; the 2014-15 Hong Kong School Ice Hockey League Championship Games (HKSIHL) were successfully completed on May 26.

Congratulations to Division A Champions, Po Leung Kuk No. 1 W.H. Cheung College (PLK No. 1) with a score of 5-2 versus Wah Yan College, Kowloon (WYKLN). Eric Cheung was selected as the MVP of the league for his dedication and effort during the playoffs and throughout the season.

This is the 5th year that Po Leung Kuk No. 1 WH Cheung College has participated in the HKSIHL and also their 5th time being the Champions of the league. Before the final game started, Chief Executive Officer of Principal Investment & Retirement Services Limited, Mrs. Carmen Lam, along with Hong Kong Amateur Hockey Club (HKAHC) Chairman Mr. Thomas Wu, Hong Kong Academy of Ice Hockey (HKAIH) General Manager Coach Mr. Barry Beck, Hong Kong Amateur Hockey Club (HKAHC) Director Mr. Laputa Poon, Principal of Po Leung Kuk No. 1 Mr. Chau Chor Shing and Principal of Wah Yan College, Kowloon Mr. Chung Wai Leung, along with the two championship game team captains, gathered for the Drop Puck Ceremony before the Championship Game between PLK No. 1 & WYKLN.

The game was off to an exciting start with both teams giving their best. PLK No. 1 scored 3 goals while WYKLN managed to score 1 goal in the 1st period. In the 2nd period PLK No. 1 continue to score another 2 goals while WYKLN wasn’t able to break through the other team’s defense line. WYKLN was finally able to fend off their opponents and scored 1 goal in the last period, but it’s too late in the game, leaving the final score of the Championship game at 5-2, with the gold medal going to PLK No. 1.

The 3rd place game was well played by Po Leung Kuk Choi Kai Yau School and Wah Yan College, Hong Kong, with Wah Yan College, Hong Kong scoring 1 goal in both the 1st and 2nd period and winning the Bronze medal of Division A.

MVP player Eric Cheung of PLK No. 1 was honoured to receive the award and would like to thank his teammates for their support throughout the season. Captain of the WYKLN team Clayton Yip stated that the team will continue to work hard in the coming year and aim for the Gold medal in the next season.

The Division B Championship Game was also a great game played by YPICA Lee Lim Ming College and Po Leung Kuk Tong Nai Kan Junior Secondary College. The final score was 9-0 with YPICA Lee Lim Ming College being the Champions of Division B.

Principal Hong Kong has been the Title Sponsor for the HKSIHL for five consecutive years. Mrs. Carmen Lam from Principal Hong Kong is glad to see that students are actively participating in the sport of ice hockey with endless enthusiasm and mature skills. It is evident to see the growth of the students through their practical experiences. With a previous Hong Kong School Ice Hockey League player representing Hong Kong to participate in the Ice Hockey World Championships earlier in April this year, there is definitely a clear path for the growth of these young players who loves the sport so much.

信安香港2014 / 15香港校際冰球聯賽決賽圓滿結束
保一成學界五連霸 九龍華仁奮戰屈居亞軍

（香港，2015年5月27日）由香港業餘冰球會主辦，信安香港冠名贊助，2014-15香港校際冰球聯賽決賽在5月26日於Mega Ice 圓滿舉行。

在此首先祝賀保良局第一張永慶中學校隊（保一）以3分之微力壓九龍華仁書院校隊（九華）勇奪A組別冠軍！而張銘善更獲大會選為最有價值球員以表揚他在賽事中所付出的努力以及出色的表現。

這已經是保良局第一中學第五年參加香港校際冰球聯賽，亦是他們第五次奪得此項聯賽的冠軍寶座。當日在決賽正式開始前，信安投資及退休金服務有限公司行政總裁林黃慧貞女士、香港業餘冰球會主席胡文新先生、香港冰球訓練學校總經理教練包比利先生、香港業餘冰球會理事潘嘉華先生、保良局第一張永慶中學校長周楚成先生以及九龍華仁書院校長鍾衞良先生，聯同決賽兩支隊伍的隊長，一同主持開球典禮。

決賽甫一開始氣氛已經十分緊張，兩隊均立即顯示出他們的本領。在第一節比賽中，保一憑着猛烈的進攻先取三分，而九華亦不甘示弱成功衝破保一防線奪取一分。在此後兩節中，保一再以穩守突擊的戰術取得兩分，儘然九華奮力反擊在最後三分鐘攻入一球，可惜為時已晚亦難改寫賽果；最後由保良局第一張永慶中學以5：2奪得是次聯賽冠軍！

季軍賽由保良局蔡繼有學校對戰香港華仁書院。在比賽初段香港華仁採取主動的策略先為球隊在首兩節各取１分，雖然蔡繼有學校急起直追，但仍不敵對方的防守球員。最終香港華仁書院在季軍戰以2：0壓倒保良局蔡繼有學校勇奪聯賽季軍。

最有價值球員張銘善表示獲得大會頒受這獎項感到十分榮幸，同時他覺得得到這項殊榮他的隊友功不可沒，十分感謝他的隊友們。而九龍華仁隊長葉啟鼎表示未來一年必定會更努力練習，目標是希望能奪得明年冠軍！

而同場上映由恩平工商會李琳明中學對戰保良局唐乃勤中學的B組別決賽亦同樣為一場緊張的賽事，兩隊均戰意高漲，氣勢激昂；最終恩平工商會李琳明中學以9-0擊敗保良局唐乃勤中學奪得是次決賽的冠軍。

今年已是信安香港第五年贊助香港校際冰球聯賽，信安投資及退休金服務有限公司行政總裁林黃慧貞女士表示很高興同學們多年來積極參與及對冰球運動的熱誠有增無減，而球技亦日趨成熟，可見同學們在寶貴的實戰經驗下茁壯成長。本年亦有曾於香港校際冰球聯賽中參與校隊的球員擠身港隊，出戰土耳其；這正好為一眾年輕球員帶來奮鬥的目標，將來加入港隊為港爭光。
